Telescopic swivel arms type AC

offer a space-saving, flexible and safe solution for welding workstations. Access to welding protection booths is made significantly easier, thereby increasing safety and productivity. Our modular welding protection systems can be combined with each other in a modular system.

- XL solid material reinforcement in the upper area
- Steel rollers (Ø 45 mm), ball bearing mounted, oil and dust-tight encapsulation (maintenance-free)
- Swivelling axle with sliding guide bushes for smooth handling

- Assemblies pre-assembled for easy installation
- Galvanised or powder-coated steel parts
- Can be attached to support type AS 105 or wall-mounted with adapter plate

Improved safety:

clear-flex strips welding protection curtains offer reliable protection against harmful radiation during arc welding processes and flying sparks. Harmful UV and infrared radiation is absorbed.
Reduced risk of accidents at work thanks to ground-level placement. No lifting of components over welding protection curtains.
Easy and safe loading and unloading of welding booths using an indoor crane or forklift truck.

Optimised material flow:

Faster and easier loading of welding workstations.
With the telescopic function, almost half of the swivel arm area can be opened. In many cases, this is sufficient for loading the welding booths. If the entire width of the booth is required, it can be conveniently swivelled open completely.
Swivelling arms with telescopic function are particularly suitable for welding booths in which heavy and large components are manufactured. The components can be handled much more easily.
No annoying cross struts at the booth entrances.

Flexibility:

Reduced swivelling radius of the curtains thanks to the telescopic function. No need to pull the welding curtains over welding tables or components.
Swivelling arms can be flexibly moved inwards or outwards.
Possibility of opening only a partial area or making the entire opening accessible.
Welding booths can be enlarged by swivelling to the outside area

Protection against collision damage:

No cross struts minimise damage to curtains or running rails
Locking bolt of the swivel lock as predetermined breaking point in the event of collisions (replaceable)
