clear-flex PVC strip curtains offer protection against undesirable environmental influences such as cold, draughts, dust, dirt, noise, rain or heat. Classic areas of application for our industrial strip curtains are:

It usually takes longer to open and close roller or sectional doors, which means that they are often open for long periods of time during daily operation. This leads to high heating costs and dissatisfied employees. Industrial strip doors are a cost-effective and efficient alternative, as they can be opened quickly and forklift trucks can be driven through them at any time. The industrial doors remain closed during loading. If the entire opening width of a door is required for a lorry to enter, the PVC slatted industrial door can simply be pushed to the side.

PVC louvre curtains can also be used as louvre room dividers for hall areas. By separating off the logistics area, for example, it can be specifically heated less than production areas. This saves energy costs and protects employees in production from draughts and cold.

Reduce noise pollution - separate dust and dirt

If different production areas, e.g. welding and assembly, share a hall, there is often undesirable mutual interference. Dust and dirt as well as the significantly higher noise pollution from the welding shop worsen the working conditions in the assembly area. If industrial strip curtains are used as room dividers, they can reduce noise by up to 12 dB. The decisive factor is the design: material thickness, strips cover and arrangement. If the room is to be used flexibly, strip curtains should be designed to be movable.

The fastening system makes the difference - safety first

As there is pedestrian traffic and forklift traffic through strip curtains, the ion of a suitable fastening system is essential for safety.
If parts of the fastening system come loose when a forklift truck passes through and fall from a height of 5 metres, this can lead to serious accidents.

Flexibility in daily use

Industrial strip curtains are particularly appreciated when they simplify daily work processes and are practical. For space reasons, however, louvre curtains often cannot be moved in one piece in practice. This is where our modular system and our many years of experience come into play. We divide the strip curtain into segments and use several tracks so that the strips industrial louvre door can be opened completely.
